SEA guides and proposes.
SEA’s role is to explain, help you find your next step, and propose a plan. You review and confirm actions. The goal is supervised help on your real desktop.
Handrail IN DEVELOPMENT
Everyday tasks can take a lot of little steps. Handrail is being built to help you turn those steps into workflows you can understand, review, and run with your confirmation.
Preparing for a free beta. Handrail is not available to download yet.

The workflow we’re building toward
Starting on macOS, with a small set of everyday tasks and a person in charge.
Demonstrate a supported task in the app you choose.
Check the proposed steps and what a successful result should look like.
Decide when to run it, stay present, and keep a Stop control close at hand.
This is the product goal, not an available feature list. Recording and replay are still being validated; a complete teach-to-replay workflow is not ready for beta use. Safety and release checks remain in progress.

Free to use
Handrail is planned as proprietary freeware: free to use, with source code owned by AlphaBytez. Optional external AI services may have their own charges.
Your choices matter
Handrail’s development build supports local model connections. If you choose a remote text model, requests go to that provider and its data policies apply. A local model server may also forward requests, depending on how you configure it.
Local does not mean every file is encrypted or every interaction is already proven safe. Capture, data handling, and supported workflows are still under review. Read the development help guide and data and privacy information. Release notes will accompany beta availability.
